Peter Lynch | President

Peter has over 20 years of experience in the post-acute healthcare service sector.  He and his brother owned and operated Reachout Home Care in Dallas for 15 years before selling the company to Humana in 2014.  He was the Executive Director at Presbyterian Communities and Services Foundation where he was intimately involved in Faith Hospice and the building of the T. Boone Pickens Hospice and Palliative Care Center which opened in 2017. Peter is a Dallas native who has lived in the area most of his life.     

 

      

Mary O’Hagan RN, BSN | Director of Nursing

Mary is a 7th generation Dallasite and has been a nurse for 31 years. She attended Ursuline Academy in Dallas and graduated from UT Austin. Her extensive clinical experience includes pediatric ICU at Children’s Medical Center, transport nursing, private duty home care, hospice, and ten plus years in management. She worked with Peter Lynch as Director of Nursing at Reachout Home Care and was a Regional and Clinical Manager at Humana At Home. She was the winner of D Magazine’s Nursing Excellence Award in Home Health Care in 2013.
